Job Description

  • Completion of daily operations of restaurant and bar units. – To maintain and promote quality standards in Food and Beverage services. – Training, guiding and motivating staff. – Provides menu improvement and cost control. – Producing creative solutions to increase the amount of customers. – Demonstrates and fails hygiene and safety standards. – Budget reporting and reporting.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of luxury hotel experience as a Food and Beverage Manager. -Improving good management and communication. – Analytical thinking and problem solving ability. – Ability to adapt to flexible working hours. – Knowledgeable about current trends in the Food and Beverage industry. – Advanced level of English language skills is preferred.
