Your key responsibilities

• Formulate and modify premixes for EMEA blend plants and develop premix labels as required for production.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant country regulations and maintain systems, databases and files for formulation and labeling.

• Approve ingredient sources via the SQM Trackwise module and evaluate samples while initiating, tracking, and maintaining safety data sheets for premixes.

• Support account management, production and purchasing in premix quality, as well as facilitate internal and external information exchange.

• Assist with local blend-related business projects and maintain contact with the Regional Configurator for mass changes and material maintenance.

• Provide technical assistance for approval or disapproval, including nutritional analysis of deviations, and control and review processes to generate KPIs.

  You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture Engineer, Animal Nutrition / Science. Preferable specialization or Master of Science Degree in Animal Nutrition.

• Demonstrated knowledge of feed formulation and feed ingredients.

• Proven understanding of micronutrients and their application in animal nutrition, with knowledge of complete feed requirements for all species.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in the feed industry, preferably in the ingredient quality area.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.

• Confidence in your ability to communicate with others in a clear, concise, and precise manner fluently in English (other languages are an advantage)
