Conducting freight-based profitability analysis for each shipment or destination to increase profitability
Coordinating with overseas offices and domestic clients to execute shipment operations
Organizing and monitoring international shipments related to tenders, informing clients, and conducting retrospective checks
Collaborating with overseas offices to conduct freight pricing for special tender shipments and providing quotes to clients
Entering pre-alert notifications from overseas into the Cargowise system, tracking the income-expense of opened files, and managing invoicing
Tracking the shipments of exporter/shipping companies and providing clients with regular updates
Coordinating closely with overseas offices and managing freight control for both international and domestic shipments
Managing and optimizing traffic flow
Providing the sales team with relevant information on freight and clients, and offering guidance
Ensuring regular and consistent communication of shipment updates to clients
Diligently reviewing all shipment documents (e.g., Bill of Lading) and ensuring that communications are fully understood before proceeding with operations
Ability to successfully fulfill the core responsibilities of the position
Compliance with the company’s personnel and disciplinary regulations
Ability to provide timely and accurate reporting
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce quick solutions
Excellent communication skills
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
High persuasion skills, well-presented, with clear and professional diction
