Global Graduate – Marketing Commercialization

Overview:

We are looking for fresh University graduates or someone early in their careers (0-2 years) to join our Pest Control Marketing Commercialization Team, MENAPT (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and Turkey). Right from the start you will be doing a full-time job in marketing, managing strategies & plans for our global, market-leading brands. This is your chance to work on Brand Marketing Plans in a highly dynamic, diverse, and growing region of MENAPT (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan, and Turkey), where you will acquire valuable experience while developing yourself to be a successful marketer. The role reports to Pest Control Marketing Commercialization Manager, MENAPT

Responsibilities:

  • Deep dive into different data sources (i.e., market share data, media results, competition assessments) to generate insights and recommendations to grow our brands
  • Support in the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan.
  • Build Digital, ATL & BTL communication campaigns.
  • Support in the development of new products, brand launches and relaunches.
  • Development of presentations for sales teams, for other internal and external stakeholders; and briefs for media agencies

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Up to 2 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a multinational work environment
  • Strong Computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Behaviors you’ll need:

  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for Brand Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors
