What you’ll do
- Positively influence the overall P&L for SME segment by driving growth through customer value based campaigns & activities for fixed&solution products
- Define retention, upsell and cross-sell strategies aligned with segment priorities and implement this actions .
- Work with sales/product/pricing colleagues to develop strong, competitive commercial retention and upsell offers for fixed& solution products
- Optimise campaign & activity results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements.
- Plans and executes e2e digitalization and automation of all CVM actions
- Defines the rules for optimization of channels, ensure the right channel for each offer/product and manage contact rules across channels
Who you are
- Insights and data driven reasoning
- Min 4 years work experience
- Customer oriented mindset
- Experience in marketing, CRM or segment management
- Results driven and delivery focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business teams
- Very good written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
