Growth Marketing Senior Associate Manager – SME

What you’ll do

• Positively influence the overall P&L for SME segment by driving growth through customer value based campaigns & activities for fixed&solution products
• Define retention, upsell and cross-sell strategies aligned with segment priorities and implement this actions .
• Work with sales/product/pricing colleagues to develop strong, competitive commercial retention and upsell offers for fixed& solution products
• Optimise campaign & activity results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements.
• Plans and executes e2e digitalization and automation of all CVM actions
• Defines the rules for optimization of channels, ensure the right channel for each offer/product and manage contact rules across channels

Who you are

• Insights and data driven reasoning
• Min 4 years work experience
• Customer oriented mindset
• Experience in marketing, CRM or segment management
• Results driven and delivery focused approach
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business teams
• Very good written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
