Job Description
- Adopt a friendly, helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests
- Assist guests with their business center needs
- Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
- Maintain close working co-operation with other departments
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications
- University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Team-oriented
- Focused on guest satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
