Your role:

You will be the Finance business partner of the General Manager and Senior Leaders for our Healthcare Business in Turkey and therefore responsible for co-piloting our business to success. You will report to the Head of Controlling MEAR and you will be part of the Turkey Healthcare leadership team. The position is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Your Tasks:

• Establish a solid and trusted business partnership with the General Manager and other senior leaders/Franchise Heads in Turkey
• Co-pilot business partners in the delivery of results and investment decisions by having a deep understanding of strategy, business environment (market shares, competitor landscape, investment opportunities) and anticipating the needs of both operations and management
• Perform financial analysis, forecasting and tracking of sales and operative expenses for the commercial P&L of Healthcare Turkey
• Identify and quantify business risks and opportunities
• Prepare analysis for investment decisions based on ROI and drive investment decisions
• Present business results and forecasts to senior management
• Collaborate with other functions such as Supply Chain, Accounting, Regulatory, commercial operations to drive analysis and prepare accurate sales landing/forecasting and expense budgeting
• Optimize processes and methods for financial analysis, forecasting and steering by leveraging shared service support and digitalization and artificial intelligence

Who you are:

• You have a University degree in Economics / Finance / Financial or Management Accounting.
• You have 10+ years of professional experience working in a Finance environment along with experience in effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
• You have experience at multinational companies and ideally Pharma industry experience (strongly recommended)
• You possess a questioning mindset, ability to deal with a periodic high volume of work, and a drive to get things done.
• You have a track record of strong performance and an innovative thinker who can apply analytical skills beyond the traditional functions of finance.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex controlling topics and to contribute to discussions and decision-making at various levels of the organization.
• You have strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management, negotiating and conflict management.
• You have advanced skills in Excel and BI dashboards and the ability to work with and analyse complex data.
• You have experience with ERP and consolidation systems (SAP, Cognos or similar).
• You have the ability to work independently and to enable agile ways of working and feel comfortable in dealing with risk and working with ambiguity.
• You are fluent in Turkish & English – both written and spoken.
