Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and direct oversight for the Turkish Sales team.
  • Accountable for achieving the sales targets and objectives set for the Turkish market (Responsible of Turkey P&L)
  • Ensure seamless alignment and governance of deals by collaborating with internal stakeholders including Finance, Business Development, and other departments.
  • Oversee execution of commercial deals as well as strategic projects with key clients by orchestrating internal functions as well as external stakeholders.
  • Offer continuous coaching and mentorship to the Sales team to enhance their professional growth and address development needs.
  • Uphold a robust culture of compliance, ensuring all operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity.
  • Implement and track the Engagement Survey action plan to drive team performance and satisfaction.
  • Retain talent and create a robust, talented, and high-performing team with leadership skills.
  • Ensure meticulous management of the Sales Pipeline, maintaining up-to-date and well-organized opportunities.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualification
