HR Analyst with Turkish and English (On-site)

This role focuses on gathering and analyzing HR data to support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

The HR Analyst with Turkish and English is responsible for: 

  • Informing employees about services available and assessing their needs; 
  • Providing support, by handling and answering Human Resources related queries through telephone and e-mail; 
  • Managing end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, terminations, resignations;
  • Assisting employees in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes, and policies; 
  • Working together with HR teams and third parties to ensure the accuracy of employee data/records and provide assistant and support, when needed; 
  • Handling highly confidential material and providing information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records by observing internal regulations; 
  • Providing timely communication of suitable solutions.

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English (B2 upwards); 
  • Excellent skills of Windows Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power-Point); 
  • 1 year of relevant experience in providing employee support and possess a solid understanding of the interrelationships between company policies, payroll, benefits and HRIS; 
  • Good knowledge of HR processes (time-off management, employee benefits); 
  • Good knowledge of Workday HCM Module; 
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking; 
  • Ability to meet deadlines; 
  • Good analytical skills; 
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable; 
  • Team-oriented.
