Job Description
Carrying out Time Management operations such as maintaining absence data, correcting clock times
Monitor control points of dynamically changing Time Management data to ensure data quality
Creating regular and instant reports according to customer needs
Point of contact for area of responsibility
Supporting and driving process improvements and IT projects in Time Management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other HR related specialization
To have 1-3 years of working experience in HR fields such as time management, payroll operations, knowledge of Social Security and Labor Law, payroll legislation and procedures
Good command of English both written and spoken to work and collaborate in the Global HRS network
Proficiency with MS Office programs (especially on Excel)
Proactive, collaborative, good communication skills, structured and analytic thinking, result oriented and be a great team-member
