Qualifications:
- 1 or 2 years of experience in an HSE related position
- Bachelor’s Degree from a University in an HSE related field or technical discipline
- Preferably of both written and spoken English
- Preferably C class safety expert certificate
- Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills; strong attention to detail
- Strong communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate team-work
- Must be able to fully utilize Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Residing at Asia side or Gebze, Kocaeli
Job Description:
- Implements and monitors the site Safety Programs ( Toolbox, Kamishibai etc.)
- Assists the site HSE specialist
- Conducts incident investigations including root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive measures
- Works closely with the BCM team
- Identifies and corrects potential hazards by inspecting premises and personnel’s work to identify issues or non-conformities
- New employee safety orientation and HSE training
- Inspects and maintains safety equipment
- Ensures required HSE-related inspections and audits are performed and proper corrective actions are taken when necessary
- Maintains Safety Data Sheets and informs regarding hazardous chemicals used in the workplace
