Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Solely manages the Human Resources Department, ensuring all areas of responsibility are delivered to high standards.
  • Reports to the hotel’s Financial Controller
  • Operates independently, focusing on managing payroll and handling essential HR functions such as employee relations and compliance.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Implements and drives departmental plans and objectives, ensuring that hotel initiatives and targets are met.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships across all levels, fostering a strong company culture and living our values.
  • Ensures adherence to all relevant legislation, delivering best practices and maintaining thorough documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements of the Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Min. 2 years of experience with payroll is essential.
  • Min. English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate (B1) level or equivalent.
  • As the person delivering the company culture training sessions, you can rightly take pride in the team’s reflection of the company culture.
  • This is a mid-level role with a focus on practical HR responsibilities rather than strategic oversight.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take full ownership of duties and tasks.
  • High personal integrity and a dedication to excellence in all aspects of work.
  • We value tech-savvy individuals who can easily adapt to and navigate various systems.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
