Job Description

Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Human Resources Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:

• Assistance in recruitment process
• Supporting onboarding process
• Organizing trainings
• Supporting internal activities
• Assistance in administration and reporting process
• Supporting Smart Start Internship program
• Supporting the organization of the employer branding activities

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• ‘3rd year’ undergraduate and postgraduate students in related fields
• Academic projects or internship experience
• Very good command in English
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Being collaborative and customer oriented
• Good communication and team working skills
• Eager to learn
