What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.
How you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the HVAC industry.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in HVAC sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and its products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Turkish languages.
- Ability to travel within Turkey as needed.
