We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.
How you will do
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the HVAC industry.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in HVAC sales, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and its products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Turkish languages.
Ability to travel within Turkey as needed.
