What you will be doing

JD/ Main duties of IC Manager (1 position to be recruited)

• Own the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal control framework, including Cencora policies and key risks to ensure

that AHT has adequate controls to prevent any errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations.

• Collaborate with IA for internal reviews.
• Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies.
• Deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control deficiencies.
• Work collaboratively with IA, business, and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from IA assessments.
• Actively seek standardization and automation, apply, and implement best practices for managing internal controls and collaborate with IT to

deploy innovative technology.

• Actively engage with IA and external auditors to ensure consideration and resolution of all relevant risks and audit findings.
• Work together with IA and Compliance to develop and conduct adequate training on the approach, and methodology to business partners to

knowledge and understanding of risks and control.
