Indirect Channel Senior Sales Engineer-Hitachi, Izmir

What you will do

Indirect Channel Senior Sales Engineer- Hitachi is a key role, reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be based in İzmir and will be part of an emergent team that is focused on expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives. You will be concentrated on selling RAC & PAC & VRF products, in order to grow our market share with new and existing resellers. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.

How you will do it

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will use your expertise in selling and servicing customers with their assigned channel accounts to drive product revenue and margin results. You will sell, renew, and expand product agreements to both key and targeted customers to reach optimal sales and profit levels and will be responsible for meeting assigned product sales goals and objectives. You will have face-to-face networking with resellers. Additionally, you will provide competitive analysis of the local marketplace and obtain assistance for technical expertise, sales assistance, and market development activities. To achieve your sales target, you will convert inquiries into sales, follow up with authorized resellers on the quotations, place orders on the system, and follow up on the delivery of equipment.

You are a hunter driven to seek and develop existing business and long-term customer relationships, self-motivated. You’re analytical, determined, and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.

What we look for

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in reseller channel management in the HVAC industry
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • A customer-oriented way of working
  • A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good financial understanding
  • Fluent language skills in English
  • Active B class driver license
  • Ability to travel

Preferred

  • Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the industry is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
