About the Role:

The Controlling department at Ferrero serves as a strategic business partner, aiding in decision-making processes through insightful analysis and guidance. We are currently looking for an Industrial Controller to help ensure and enhance Ferrero’s financial performance and competitiveness.

In this Manisa-based role, you will report directly to the Plant Controlling Manager. You will join a team deeply engaged in strategic and financial analysis, providing support to various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• As a business partner, collaborate by gathering and providing financial data, supporting forecasting periods, and assisting with monthly closing activities through detailed analysis and specific information
• Support investment reporting and conduct ad-hoc analyses related to operational activities
• Assist with monthly reporting by performing variance analysis between budget and actual figures, identifying root causes for any deviations
• Conduct in-depth monthly analyses of industrial cost items, including quantity, price, and forex splits
• Support the controlling team in budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
• Monitor monthly stock levels with precise reporting and reconciliation
• Work closely with the accounting department and participate in the overall monthly closing process
• Ensure the accurate and timely determination of industrial costs and transfer prices of products in accordance with Ferrero’s standard procedures.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably 4-6 years of experience in relevant roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in SAP
• Solid written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
