Program Details:

Duration: July 2025 – May 2026 (11 months)

Our program runs for a period of 11 months. For the first 3 months during the summer break, you will be required to work 5 days a week. Within the school period, you will be required to work a minimum of 2.5 days a week.

We are looking for hardworking, eager to learn, open-minded, and innovative individuals who are phenomenal teammates. Ideal candidates will be:

• Proficient in both English and Turkish with excellent written and verbal skills
• Graduating between Jan 2026 – Jan 2027

Program Types & Departments:

This year, we have three types of opportunities available:

A. Rotational experience: Dual – Production & Supply chain

Aimed at students studying outside İzmir and Manisa, this experience consists of:

• 3 months on-site at the production site in İzmir during the summer period (July-August-September) (*Accommodation support will be provided)
• 8 months remote working in selected relevant functions (from October to May)

B. Remote Working (11 months)

• Commercial (B2B Marketing, Sales, Digital)
• IT
• Supply Chain
• Finance
• People & Culture

C. On-site Working (11 months)

• Production and Quality – at Izmir Factory
