The Inside Sales Representative role is an outstanding opportunity to drive growth through current and new business opportunities, with the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, the objective is strengthening our incremental sales revenue growth by acquiring new and existing customers through the execution of projects. Phone-based customer qualification activities, contribute to field sales productivity by leading on cross-functional tasks more efficiently will enable the candidate to be successful.
The candidate will connect with a dedicated sales team and pave the way for successful sales activities! A close collaboration with our local sales and service teams is a guarantee for success.
In this role you will be part of our Inside Sales Team based in Videojet Office in Ataşehir, Istanbul.
In this role, a typical day will look like:

Daily account management of assigned customers. Analyze & deep dive in purchase intervals of the accounts and follow up their supplies needs to maximize the customer satisfaction.

Managing price initiatives and annual agreements

Plan and conduct lead generation activities to acquire new customers.

Define, plan, and execute telemarketing campaigns in co-operation with Inside Sales Manager to regain inactive and lost customers.

Partner with cross-functional departments to handle customer related processes, be voice of the customer inside Videojet organization to meet customer needs.
The essential requirements of the job include:

Commercial and business management and/or technical education, a degree in Business Management is an advantage (Bachelor’s degree)

Advanced level of English (both writing & speaking)
-
Ability to work in an agile manner both internally and externally.

Effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks.
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Proficiency using MS Office tools.

Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) would be advantageous.
