What you’ll do

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a 

Interconnection Financial Operations Associate – Turkish Speaking

Your role in a nutshell: 

To perform regular and ad-hoc accounting and financial analyses for financial and operations management related to various activities. (process improvements/ bank receipts/ roaming Data analysis / Accrual preparation / Month End Closing etc.)

What you’ll do: 

  • Uploads and reconciles bank receipts in SAP
  • Allocates payments to correct vendor accounts/ roaming receipts/ payments to general or sub-ledger
  • Performs month-end reporting, completes balance sheet reconciliations and month-end accruals
  • Provides support for new forecasting requests, performs productivity assessments, what if scenarios, and related analysis
  • Invoice handling activities (Capture invoices, Debit & Credit Note processing)
  • Account management (Identify missing invoices /over- and underpayments, Align open item list with partner, Debt collection)
  • Communication with external parties (Clearing Houses, 3rd parties, OpCos)
  • Interface monitoring (Ensure timely monitoring of FCH – EVO interfaces, Initiate corrective action in case of interface failure)
  • Be involved in projects that has potentials impact on reports or process related to the Interconnection area
  • Resolves various query together with the Local Markets

Who you are

What you will bring to the team:

  • Fluency in English and in Turkish is a must
  • Bsc or higher education (in Finance / Accounting / Economics or similar filed)
  • Previous experience within SSC environment is an advantage
  • Microsoft excel experience
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Attention to the detail’s approaches
  • Customer focused mindset
