As a marketing intern for the Operating Room & Intensive Care business in the TWAL region (Turkey, West Asia and Levant), you will be supporting the Marketing Team in coordinating and consolidating projects, events, campaigns etc. You will also be assisting in approval processes and needed documentation follow up for the projects that will be executed by the marketing and sales teams. You will work in close collaboration mainly with the Product Managers and with the local and regional stakeholders.
A Day in the Life
• Assists in coordination of projects within the marketing team for two of our marketing pillars: products and services.
• Supports the scheduling, coordinating, implementing and monitoring of internal and external marketing operations like congresses, conferences, symposiums, webinars, product launches, digital campaigns, country-based marketing reviews etc.
• Supports on the communication and interaction with internal and external stake holders like commercial teams, customer service, supply chain, demand planning, reimbursement and healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and customers.
Must Haves
• Recently graduated with a degree in healthcare business related fields such as: biomedical or other engineering, biology, chemistry (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• Fluency in Turkish and English (preferred C1 or above)
• Based in Istanbul
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
• Interested in optimization and improvement work
• Eager to learn & develop
• Strategic and analytical thinker, problem solver
Program details
• Start date: May onwards
• 40 h/week with flexibility
• Based in Istanbul
• Work model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
• Duration: 6 months
