Job Description
Support internal communication and people engagement
Creation of an internal communication strategy for Bosch Türkiye HQ and satellite locations
Create/manage the process of content creation for internal communication, coordinate with content team and design team to deliver the final product creation/idea
Promotes DBE activities to the organization with the support and supporting Leadership.
Organize and manage internal events
Create and manage the communications for internal campaigns
Create and manage RBTR internal channels of communication, such as journal, APP, TV, newsletter
Bridge with external services and agencies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, or Business Administration with focus on Communications, public relations, or marketing.
2-3 years experience in similar roles
Experienced in taking a communications idea from concept to reality with creativity and attention to detail across a wide variety of communications channels and media.
Track record in the design and delivery of strategic internal communications and engagement programs and projects
Excellent writing, editing skills as well as journalistic ability to source stories from employees
