Job Description

• Manage Accounts Payable invoice receipt and scanning (stick Bar-code)
• Any special projects related to Accounts Payable
• Create tickets to Vietnam GSA when necessary
• OBR Tasks – Preparation of WHT documents for filing
• OBC Tasks – Receipt issuance
• Others : Manage finance documents archiving / Support on-site office related matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Financial Economics/Business Administration (preferable 6 months and above)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Basic knowledge in IT

Additional Information

• Compulsory to state your internship start date & end date.
• Local student
• Preferable 6 months and above availability for internship.
