Internship in PTP Accounting with TURKISH language (m/f/d)

Location and general conditions:

  • Paid & flexible internship, up to 40 hours per week, contract of mandate,
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska Street),
  • hybrid model possible after achieving independence,
  • Your manager: Justyna Latawiec

Your IMPACT:

  • Answering vendor queries regarding e.g. invoice status or lack of payment via email,
  • providing analysis of the reasons for non-payment of invoices,
  • informing vendors about the status of the query,
  • processing of accounting documents,
  • performing account reconciliations and analysis,
  • cooperation with local business entities of Schneider Electric and with other Accounting Teams,
  • actively identifying improvement areas and proposing new solutions,
  • performing quality and performance measures,
  • supporting transformation and standardization initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Student status, preferably Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy)
  • good MS Excel knowledge,
  • strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach,
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • customer focus and team-working skills.

Languages:

  • English – fluent (verbal and written).
  • Turkish – fluent (verbal and written).

Please take into account that if you are not a European citizen, we will need the following documents: “Karta Pobytu” TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.

If you are not a Polish citizen – passport, PESEL number and confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student, will be needed.
