Unilever Gen-Next Programme is a long-term, part-time internship programme for students to help them acquire work experience to kick-start their careers.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Meet with the business stakeholders to collect Consumer Experience technology or platform requirements such as websites, mobile apps, or campaigns where offline & online consumer engagement is consolidated
  • Meet with agencies, vendors, or other IT suppliers to find partners for IT consumer experience projects where the Unilever toolset or existing resources are not adequate
  • Manage the IT consumer experience projects end to end to ensure desired results are achieved on time & all parties contribute as needed
  • Report & track issues/requests through global platforms; like Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
  • Maintain a view of demand across all brands / categories & flag when resource availability may become a challenge
  • Report and present outputs with regular updates
  • Maintain a close relationship with IT vendors & business stakeholders

    Experiences & Qualifications

  • Hungry to learn and curious.

  • Digital Savvy, forward thinker, future obsessed
  • 3rd or 4th grade at bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
  • Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week.
