We are looking for a “IT Logistic Application Management Team Lead ” to be assigned to our HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.

What you can expect:

• Lead and manage the IT Logistics Application Management team, ensuring efficient and effective support for logistics operations.
• Cooperation in global support as well as continuous exchange of knowledge with the Headquarter Germany and our units all over the world.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement and manage a “Follow the Sun” support model to ensure 24/7 availability and responsiveness.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of IT systems supporting logistics operations.
• Manage support requests, incidents, problems, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of IT-related issues within the logistics department.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance support services.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the logistics sector.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP EWM
• Process understanding for logistic, warehouse and transport management
• Experience in the 3rd Party logistic area in connection with SAP and corresponding interfaces
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• High customer orientation as well as a strong solution orientation
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English is required. German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel is required
