IT Specialist – Help Desk (Hybrid)

1. Graduated from universities in Computer or related career

2. Information Technology markets are at least 5 years old,

3. End user WINDOWS, O365(MS Teams, SharePoint etc.)

4. Able to support all kinds of hardware and software user features,

5. Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO and basic network knowledge.

6. Have an idea about Virtualization (VMware) and Storage systems

7. Knowledgeable in quality/security/information technologies (ISO27001)

8. Used backup replication systems,

9. Knowledgeable about antivirus systems

10. Open to researching new technologies and improving the efficiency and development of learning,

11. Suitable for sharing and team groups, solution-oriented and highly motivated,

12. Preferably residing on the Anatolian side,

13. For male candidates, they have completed their military service,
