About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior AG – Production Performance Analyst in our Manisa Plant who will be reporting into the Production Manager.
You will be supporting the execution of quality, quantity and financial results (energy, maintenance, labor) of the assigned product unit by collaborating with the relevant parties in operational activities to optimize production factors.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide all necessary figures to draft the budget to Production team
- Collaborate with Production Perfomance Analysts to optimizate production through specific analysis (consumption details etc.)
- Manage production inventory; insert, verify and update data in the system
- Assist Production Perfomance Analysts in the identification of improvement initiatives
- Carry out the actual production, conducting line performance analysis, and monitoring the use of production factors in collaboration with Controlling team and with the support of the Production Team Leader to gather and analyze relevant figures,
- Take part in the production meetings presenting the analysis derived from monitoring performance metrics
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably 2+ years’ experience with production experience
- Having excellent reporting skills, (PowerBI knowledge is a plus)
- Experience in SAP and MS Office applications
- Fluency both in English and Turkish
