Junior Client Support Specialist – Turkish speaking (Standard shifts)

In this position, you will be an advisor for e-commerce and financial services to clients from Lithuania and abroad. They will turn to you seeking valuable advice and assistance, and your daily work will significantly contribute to client satisfaction with our services and a positive reputation in the market. Also, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and other countries around the world by phone and email;
  • Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services;
  • Review e-commerce project applications and activate services;
  • Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system;
  • Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we’re looking for:

  • Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications;
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and Turkish;
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role;
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous;
  • Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Shift:

Rotational shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 AM until 8 PM, 5 days a week. Includes one working weekend per month.
