British American Tobacco Türkiye has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Consumer Experience Managerin Istanbul.

The objective of this role is to drive consolidation of Marketing Deployment activities and KPIs data in order to facilitate a constant sharing and learning process amongst functions and closely track market indicators to ensure activity objectives are met. Key tasks include the creation of best deployment plan for new launches and their performance tracking which needs to be updated constantly and shared with relevant stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• New launch deployment plan creation & development – Drive deployment projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders including trade, brand, activation and consumer experience.
• Reporting & Analysis – NPI & key brand families performance tracking
• Take responsibility for all aspects of new brand platform, including long and short-term development and marketing activities.
• Management of creative agency for delivering of activities
• Day to day tracking of Deployment budget
• Internal Event & 3rd Party Management
• Relationship management of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the deliverables alignment with business objectives
• Ensuring the achievement of key success indicators, set by line manager.

What are we looking for?

• Previousexperience as brand deployment or activation executive/specialist would be a plus
• Experience in project management; Analytical & Reporting skills; Creative Skills
• Proven ability to work in a team, to establish contact and to collaborate; Commercial acumen
• Proven communication and presentation skills with good knowledge of Excel and PPT
• Business Fluent language skills in English
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or Business-related field with Ideally around 2 – 5 years’ work experience.
• Previous Experience in Brand or Activation/Deployment (ideal)
