Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration and/or engineering
• Preferably 3-6 years of experience in a similar industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• B type driver’s license and active driver
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
• Based in Istanbul

Job Description

• Paying regular visits to the fleets responsible of reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Achieve sales and profit objectives for commercial tires of all brands in assigned territory in line with OGSM and AOP targets.
• Develop Goodyear sales and SOM in assigned Key Account fleets through offers and agreements based on Fleet First Value Proposition (Retread, FOS, ServiceLine24H, TruckForce)
• Be accountable for driving compliance and ensuring company policies and regulatory requirements for the assigned channels.
• Guiding to Service providers in terms of service quality for fleets.
• Lead by example, create a strong sense of purpose and community, promote a healthy personal culture as well as champion the company culture. Represents company on the area of responsibility during business & sales meetings.
