Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct account management of thermal apparel and cut/mechanical protection spinners weavers/knitters requiring strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Implementation of business and price strategies to achieve business results for assigned customers.
  • Development of commercial strategies for projects / tenders via market/competitive information obtained from value chain (weavers, garment manufacturers).
  • Driving improvement of the product and service offering by the value chain to the end user.
  • Development of relationships with garment manufacturers, distributors as well as key end user accounts
  • Development of new product applications in cooperation with spinners, weavers, garment manufacturers and end users
  • Development of plans to support growth of new products or applications in selected industry segments cooperating with technical team
  • Strengthen the Key Account Management approach
  • Promotion of our personal protection solutions at end user: mechanical protection and FR clothing.
  • Strong cooperation with other functions such as marketing, product management and technical teams
  • Continuous market and competitive feedback to organization
  • Active participation in defining strategic road to the Türkiye, Israel and Azerbaijan markets
  • Active participation at fairs to promote existing portfolio and identify new market trends and development opportunities
  • Organization and lead of sales and application seminars at selected customers and end users
  • Employee is expected to work independently in co-ordination with the rest of the thermal apparel and cut/mechanical protection team and take strategic guidance from the direct supervisor
  • Implementation of business and price strategies to achieve business results
  • Build customer intimacy and deliver detailed VOC to the segment teams to feed new product pipeline.
  • Initiate and coordinate projects from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial and/or technical background in personal protective equipment.
  • Ideally several years of experience in FR clothing an/or Cut/Mechanical Protection industry or the related value chain. 
  • Showing strong talent to negotiate, to influence and to listen carefully. Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.
  • Heavy opportunity identification and problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellence in being self-driven and organized. 
  • Team Player capabilities within an international team.
  • Used to work with CRM database (salesforce.com)
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
  • Language: English is required
