About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager – Migros & Carrefour, your main responsibility will be guiding Ferrero’s sales strategy. You’ll work alongside the head of accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients, define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer specific (SMART) plans covering overall strategy, specific goals (what will be achieved) and tactics (how this will be achieved) for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service and distribution
  • Make negotiations with Key Account for yearly and periodic contracts
  • Perform periodical visits to the customer to develop a trust based, mutually beneficial relationship at all appropriate points of interaction
  • Build the account budget and gain agreement on it to deliver customer specific plans at the desired profitability
  • Provide desired level of forecasting for company production planning

Who we are looking for:

  • Preferably 6+ years of experience in related roles,
  • Good knowledge of sales channel & client culture
  • Experience in budget and P&L management
  • Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proactivity
  • Fluency both in English & Turkish
