YOUR ROLE

  • Generating Henkel Consumer Brand sales operations by assuming responsibility for Multichannel Retailers (Migros) to maximize strategic targets (Net External Sales (NES), profitability, market share, accounts receivable (A/R), sales budget).
  • Creating sales strategy, setting goals, planning, and ensuring execution for the responsible channel.
  • Working in close cooperation with other sales channels to ensure collaboration to reach the targeted business results.
  • Planning FY category-based sell-in targets for the Multichannel Retailers.
  • Following the profitability of each customer in responsible categories, providing proactive action plans to secure profitability as well as stable growth for the Henkel Consumer Brand Business Unit.
  • Executing brand strategies and ensuring customer sell-out performance via excellent POS executions in close relationship with other departments such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Category Management.
  • Setting and following targets for customers and sales staff.
  • Conducting trade visits to increase Henkel’s reputation and influence.

YOUR SKILLS

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Key Account Management in an FMCG company is a must
  • Team management experience is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-confident professional who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
