Responsibilities:

Daily inside sales activities
Negotiation with HO Trade based on commercial strategy
Defining a commercial strategy for Ocean, VAS, and Intermodal and conducting customer meetings accordingly
To act in accordance with Gkam’s directives and act as backup of Gkam.
Close collaboration with other departments for global accounts we are tracking, ensuring a solution-oriented approach to meet their requests
Sales Force (NOVA) utilization in line with KPIs
Sales support activities (Aqua contract creation, NVR, Dispute)
