Job Description :

Dealing with key customers request by responding in agreed service levels,

Organizing all transportation activities with related shipments.

Ensuring the highest standard of customer service

Job Requirements

At least 3 years operation experience of in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company

Excellent knowledge of the English- speaking and writing

Good knowledge of MS Office tools

Excellent relationship with suppliers.

Having analytical approach, being business & customer oriented

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
