Key Account Representative, Industrial Water Treatment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering of a reputable university
At least 2 year of experience in technical sales or field engineering
Experience in Industrial Water Treatment will be an advantage
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Good communication skills
Customer focus and result & quality-oriented approach
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to details
Ability to be a team player and work in coordination with teammates
Open to learning and development
High planning and organization skills
Advanced in MS-Office applications
No travel restrictions
Valid driver’s license, active driving capability
No military obligation for male candidates
We are looking for a dynamic person to fill the Key Account Representative, Industrial Water Treatment position in line with the job description stated below in a field sales position affiliated with the IWT business unit in Ankara or Adana, Turkey.
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire profitable customer accounts
Drive and grow sales and services within the region
Share Solenis product and market knowledge, ensuring superior value delivery to the customers
Collaborate locally and with the broader business to develop sustainable networks
Report on prospecting activities, sales opportunities and competitor activity
Contribute to the overall performance of the region and broader business goals
Analyze decision-making process within key customer organization and initiates contact at various levels within customer organization (customer relationship management)
Build strong contacts at senior management levels of key accounts
Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution, conducting regular business reviews
Conduct high level negotiations in order to secure new and repeat business
Build long term internal and external customer relationships
Be the face of the company and responsible for all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, new business implementation, troubleshooting and follow ups
Facilitate meetings with customers on regular basis to discuss service, plans and proposal
