What You’ll Do:

• Manage product competitiveness and performance of delegated models throughout the life, justify and facilitate the launch of new products in line with approved product strategy.
• Lead the management of the product milestones by respecting the company KPIs and market expectations for the products in scope.
• Manage product lifecycle on all axes (planning, pricing, technical) in line with strategy approved, facilitate regional MLCs (monthly launch committees) to ensure smooth efficient launch of new products.
• Participate in monthly campaigns / pricing discussions bringing assessment of TPVA and product competitiveness, raising risks and opportunities to MC Committee.
• Regularly communicate and negotiate with CMM/RPM/OPD, to ensure clear understanding and timely identification and closure of issues on delegated models and delivery of product life events.

What we are looking for: 

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in LCV business
• Knowledge of Turkish automotive market, regulations and market dynamics is a must
• Fluent English written and verbally
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills
• Cross-functional planning skills
• Problem solver, result oriented and initiative taker with “can do” attitude
