Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate, and disseminate information from/to all team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.
Coordinate the tendering process with logistics support for the sales team.
Provide effective administration in support of tender production to minimize turnaround, maximize quality, business performance, and customer satisfaction.
Review appropriate medical publications for tenders pertaining to GE Healthcare and apply to the Health Authorities for consideration to tender.
Follow up on EKAP and update in Sales Force.
Support opportunity creation if needed and ensure effective opportunity follow-up in Sales Force CRM tool and tender tracker files.
Track order forecasting through CRM.
Follow up all workflow from receiving RFQ (request for quotation) until delivering products and perform contract performance management activities.
Ensure that the processes of the Quality Management System are implemented and maintained.
Support the EHS program and follow up (EHS contractor safety / EHS training fulfillments).
Work with the Commercial Team as a team member to provide general cover as required, supporting the overall sales activity.
Work with related stakeholders (Finance, OTR, Service, Legal, etc.) as a team member to provide general cover as required, supporting the overall sales activity.
Coordinate and support DMO and channel partner-related activities.
Support the Commercial Director in Market, Business, and Channel Review activities.
Support strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and optimize business performance.
Support quarter-end orders closing with Finance and Local Teams.
Support Funnel Reviews & Pulse Checks.
Drive sales process simplification and best practices sharing.
Receive all information from the sales department, create contracts/bids considering all legal parameters, submit public contracts, and follow up.
Prepare contracts for both public and private hospitals and create workflows needed due to nonstandard terms & conditions.
Manage Dealer & Trader processes and Commission PO Process Management.
Required Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Min 5 years of experience in Sales Support/Commercial Operations roles.
High competency in MS Office tools.
Advanced usage of Commercial and CRM Tools such as Sales Force, Apttus.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good business knowledge and understanding.
Ability to articulate and build convincing arguments for internal staff.
Good command of written and spoken English.
High level of customer care skills.
