For our Learning & Development department, we are looking for a specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting Learning & Development activities in Siemens Gebze Switchgear Factory.

What part will you play?

• Plans, organizes, facilitates all internal and external training and professional development programs for Gebze EA Factory.

• Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses for blue-collars.

• Development and implementation of learning strategies and programs.

• Provide the central contact point for administration, communication, and training information for the business

• Supports in training development, change management practices for organization development, project management, and performance & development concepts.

• Arrange trainings or development programs for individuals or groups and liaises with external partners.

• Facilitate effective internal communications by implementing and applying communication methods and strategies.

• Initiates, and oversees training measures in cooperation with other P&O professionals.

• Support our transformation project in analyzing and identifying requirements/needs of learning & development by applying different research methods.

• Translate research insights into real experiences.

What you need to make real what matters.

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related areas.

• Solid IT skills and some experience of content creation, video creation / editing tools and graphic design.

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier is a big plus.

• Good communication skills with a customer focus, as well as excellent presentation and administration skills.

• Team player who can share ideas and adapt.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management and task coordination skills.

• Challenging and future-oriented.

• Open to Learning.

• Eager to follow new trends and technologies.

• Fluent English both written and verbal.
