For our Learning & Development department, we are looking for a specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting Learning & Development activities in Siemens Gebze Switchgear Factory.
What part will you play?
Plans, organizes, facilitates all internal and external training and professional development programs for Gebze EA Factory.
Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses for blue-collars.
Development and implementation of learning strategies and programs.
Provide the central contact point for administration, communication, and training information for the business
Supports in training development, change management practices for organization development, project management, and performance & development concepts.
Arrange trainings or development programs for individuals or groups and liaises with external partners.
Facilitate effective internal communications by implementing and applying communication methods and strategies.
Initiates, and oversees training measures in cooperation with other P&O professionals.
Support our transformation project in analyzing and identifying requirements/needs of learning & development by applying different research methods.
Translate research insights into real experiences.
What you need to make real what matters.
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related areas.
Solid IT skills and some experience of content creation, video creation / editing tools and graphic design.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier is a big plus.
Good communication skills with a customer focus, as well as excellent presentation and administration skills.
Team player who can share ideas and adapt.
Excellent attention to detail, time management and task coordination skills.
Challenging and future-oriented.
Open to Learning.
Eager to follow new trends and technologies.
Fluent English both written and verbal.
