What you’ll do OPERATIONAL ▪ Own the data required for the KPIs and the related KPI reports/Dashboards ▪ Responsible for timely and accurate KPI and Data reporting. ▪ Responsible for data preparation to support Root cause analysis, as input to the related process owner. ▪ Monitoring data quality and maintain data cleansing rules ▪ Responsible for identifying and reporting data communication issues between systems. ▪ Responsible for root cause analysis on data inaccuracy ▪ Maintaining the BBSC for Transport and Warehousing. ▪ Maintain the SCV (Supply chain visibility) file. ▪ Creating the monthly Market Dashboards with logistic performance. ▪ Handling ad hoc data analysis request. ▪ Monthly / quarterly Sustainability reporting. ▪ DRM reporting and basic root cause analysis on regional level for both Warehouse, Transport as Factories. ▪ Responsible for improving/simplifying/digitizing data and performance reporting continuously. FINANCIAL ▪ Responsible for creating and analyzing Warehouse and Transport cost Dashboards ▪ Responsible for creating and analyzing IWD cost Dashboards and Exports Ocean and Air Freight PEOPLE ▪ Member of the E2E Performance and Improvement team within the regional Logistics Control Tower. ▪ Train organization on BI tools, where applicable Your qualifications ▪ Strong proven analytical skills. ▪ Strong customer focus, high levels of customer service. ▪ Be pro-active. ▪ Experience with working in a TMS and database system is preferred ▪ Proven track-record in analyzing Transport network(s) via transport service providers. ▪ Logistics background, at least 5 years working experience in logistics environment. ▪ Excellent coordination and supervisory skills in logistics environment. ▪ Speed and execution focused ▪ Experience in data analytics tools like SQL, power bi, tableau ▪ Good language skills in English language What you’ll get in return… We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
