Mutfakla menü hakkındaki soruları, bekleme zamanını, geri dönen siparişleri ve kalan ürün durumu hakkında iletişim kurar. Müşterinin yiyecek ve içecek konusunda memnuniyetini kontrol eder. Müşteri ödemesini yapacağı anda orda olup faturayı vermeden önce tekrar kontrol edip doğrular.
