Job Description

o Identify and implement loyalty card sales strategies.

o Determining loyalty card sales targets by analyzing the market.

o Planning campaigns and programs to increase customer loyalty.

o Creating, training and managing the loyalty card sales team.

o Increasing the motivation and productivity of the team by conducting performance evaluations.

o Managing the recruitment of new employees when needed.

o Strengthening relations with business partners and evaluating cooperation opportunities.

o Organizing regular meetings with business partners and creating cooperation strategies.

o Regular reporting on loyalty card sales.

o Analyzing sales data and making strategic recommendations.

o Providing competitive advantages by following market trends and competitor analysis.

o Demonstrating a solution-oriented approach to customer complaints and feedback.

o Making and implementing suggestions to increase customer satisfaction.

o Continuously reviewing and developing loyalty card sales strategies.

o Following new marketing trends and integrating them into strategies.

o Creating and managing the loyalty card sales budget.

o Maintain budget targets by monitoring expenditures.

o Setting and tracking loyalty card sales targets.

o Develop and implement strategies within the team to achieve targets.

o Following updates and sectoral innovations in loyalty card sales.

o Integrating these innovations into business processes and providing competitive advantage.
