Maintenance Engineer Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer Supervisor to join us at our facility in Gebze, Turkey.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible of all maintenance and CapEx (Capital Expenditure) activities in the site.

• Perform project management and engineering of Cap-Ex projects, including scope development, safety reviews, equipment specifications, quotation of equipment and installations, field supervision of construction, cost control, commissioning, and project closure on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Involve MoC (Management of Change) activities in his/her responsible area.
• Enable and contribute to the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) activities in Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• Ensure that site maintenance operations are planned and executed in accordance with timing, quality, and cost objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate availability of reports and metrics required to manage M&E costs and services.
• Ensure that all the equipment & facilities are always ready and safe for operation.
• Role is responsible for defining improvement/training needs of employees and developing training plans accordingly.

Key requirements:

• Min 7- 8 years of experience in Maintenance & Engineering Environment preferably in a Chemical Plant. Ideally Experienced in project management.
• Engineering BS degree. (Preferably Mechanical Engineering). IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 knowledge is preferred
• Experience with SAP Maintenance Module and other relevant applications is required
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments (e.g., regional engineering department, production, quality, EHS)
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced level of English.
