The Manager, Application Support is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Delivery team (specializing in implementation, system configuration, data ingress, and data mapping). Primary responsibility is to ensure clients have a delightful onboarding experience, accounts are configured to client specifications, and routine support requests are addressed in a way that exceeds expectations.
Responsible for assuring the team delivers services on-time, error free and according to the contract. Acts as a problem solver and knowledge resource for the team. Confirms proper alignment of expertise to fulfill client requests. Identifies process improvement and efficiency opportunities; provides leadership for evolving Delivery function.
The leader in this role will partner closely with the Growth team within the market to ensure we are prioritizing work appropriately. Fosters exceptional working relationships and communication with cross functional departments. Responsible for contributing to the department and corporate goals.

Preferred candidates will reside in and around Chicago, as this role is Hybrid and has in office requirements.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $101,000 to $172,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
