Coaching and development are integral to KOHO’s culture, supporting employees in reaching their goals and maximizing their potential. Our Coaching & Development team offers both 1:1 and team coaching, alongside structured learning and development (L&D) programs to scale our impact.
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee KOHO’s in-house coaching function, driving the strategy, execution, and evolution of our coaching and talent development initiatives.
