About the Role

Coaching and development are integral to KOHO’s culture, supporting employees in reaching their goals and maximizing their potential. Our Coaching & Development team offers both 1:1 and team coaching, alongside structured learning and development (L&D) programs to scale our impact.

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee KOHO’s in-house coaching function, driving the strategy, execution, and evolution of our coaching and talent development initiatives. What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and lead KOHO’s Coaching & Development function, ensuring alignment with company goals and People & Culture (P&C) priorities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive coaching and talent development strategy that enhances employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and overall performance.
  • Partner with People & Culture, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to assess and address organizational development needs.
  • Act as a thought leader in coaching best practices, staying ahead of industry trends to continuously refine and improve KOHO’s coaching framework
  • Leverage data and insights to measure the impact of coaching initiatives and recommend improvements.

Coaching & Talent Development

  • Oversee 1:1 coaching programs, maintaining a portfolio of key stakeholders while also mentoring and developing internal coaches.
  • Coach senior leadership, executives, and other critical roles, providing tailored coaching on executive presence, decision-making, strategic leadership, and organizational influence.
  • Guide high-potential employees and emerging leaders, helping them build the skills needed for future leadership roles.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality, psychological safety, and a growth-oriented coaching culture.

Learning & Development Programs

  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of KOHO’s Leadership Development Program, ensuring it effectively prepares new and existing managers.
  • Develop and facilitate group learning experiences on topics such as performance management, change management, team engagement, and career development.
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure learning initiatives are accessible, engaging, and impactful.
  • Continuously refine learning content to support a diverse, remote-first workforce, including neurodiverse learners and technical teams.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on coaching, talent development, or organizational learning.
  • Coaching Certification (ICF-recognized)—ideally ACC or PCC (or actively working towards it).
  • Strong experience in executive coaching and developing leadership programs at scale.
  • A skilled facilitator and communicator, capable of engaging cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Experience using learning platforms (LMS) and designing virtual and in-person training programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
