İŞ TANIMI

  • Coordinating and creating SMT meetings and taking notes
  • Supporting the General Manager in administrational activities
  • Following – up regularly on the SMT tasklogs and activities
  • Organizing meeting venues, logistics, transport, dinner activities, accommodation as required
  • Managing complex agenda and arranges meetings and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate
  • Gathering and analyzing information required for administrative reporting
  • Preparing regular and/or ad-hoc reports
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • University degree
  • Very good command in English both written and spoken
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in the current role
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Good level of MS Office applications
  • Flexible to Travel within a working day or absence from home overnight when required
