What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Professional knowledge and experience in transport and liability claims.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and make independent decisions.

How can you make an impact?

• Monitoring and resolving transport and liability claims.
• Tracking and responding to requests via the Service Desk Platform and email.
• Conducting quantitative and technical analyses of surveyor reports.
• Representing our company in interactions with agents and clients.
• Evaluating and resolving written or verbal client requests or complaints as required.
• Communicating with reinsurers for facultative reinsurance claims and managing the claim process in coordination with the reinsurer.
